XEBEC TECHNOLOGY will release XEBEC Back Burr Cutter and Path on November 1st, 2016. This product enables precise back deburring of edges on 3D curved surface including off-center crossholes as well as orthogonal crosshole.
The point group data is generated by XEBEC’s innovative software for path programming, enabling to remove back burrs on 3D curved surface in combination with the uniquely designed Cutter.
The point group data (XEBEC Path) is tailor-made for a designated hole diameter and position and can be used as soon as being installed on a NC program, saving your time to make your own program.
This innovative solution overcomes the limitations of conventional deburring tools such as blade-type and splint-shape, enabling CNC deburring that prevents secondary burrs and keep uniform deburring amount by the optimal cutting angle.
It is applicable for hole diameter as small as φ1mm or more.
