Since the establishment of XEBEC Technology, we have been bringing technology innovation into the field of deburring and polishing and promoted process transformation and mindset change.
First, we developed the Ceramic Stone. We brought the chemical and material technology into the conventional grinding stone. Thanks to the performance and quality of the products, today the global market share is more than 80%.
Next, we developed XEBEC Brush. We are the world’s first company that has succeeded in making ceramic stone bristles. In order to supply maintain a stable supply of the world’s unique material, we have been pursuing unprecedented manufacturing technologies. Today, we deal with more than 40 countries and the export ratio is about 70%. Our products contribute to mass production lines of global companies in various fields, such as automotive, aerospace, and medical industries.
Currently, we are challenging to minimize lead time which takes to solve deburring problems as close to zero. XEBEC Back Burr Cutter and Path is one of the examples. We offer the completely new service by integrating material engineering, physics and programming technology to our 15 years of experiences for CNC deburring and polishing.

However, the real enjoyment comes with meeting people.That's the best part of it. For many of customers, remote technical support is the first contact to XEBEC.
Female sales representative is not very common in the machine tool indsutry and it is true that customers seem surprized or worried when I resposend to them. I always try to provide professional, speedy, and sincere service and that makes more and more customers feel comfortable for consultation.
Even though technical suppport over the phone is not a face-to-face conversation, we are working on to improve the service quality and build the team structure so that we can be the reliable partner for customers who are faicing the problems.

XEBEC is a Latin word, which stands for a sailing ship with three masts. It played an important role in the Mediterranean Sea in the 14th century. The ship had the innovative design at that time; it sailed at high speed by gathering wind at the front sail and efficiently sent it to the middle sail which is the main one.
In order to develop our business, we aim for the following goals. Like “XEBEC’s three sails”, suppliers of raw and other materials, manufacturers who make products, and dealers who deliver the products to customers develop high skills and expertise, cooperate with each other and head for a destination, which means gaining customers’ trust and satisfying them, at high speed. Within the company, shareholders, board members and employees fully take each role, respect each other, cooperate in unison and create great values in the society.
This is our fundamental management philosophy which gets through the symbolic meaning of “XEBEC”.
On the 3rd of June, 2012, our company celebrated 17th year in business.
Since its foundation, our business foundation and members have reformed as well as the changes of the global situation and business environment. Therefore, we formulated the corporate identity (CI) to remain the ever-lasting company that continues to change while maintaining the uniqueness.
The CI integrates an image of a “sail” of a sailing ship which is the origin of XEBEC and “X” of the company name XEBEC. The sharp edges express “innovative spirit and strong will” to push forward an era. The soft curves represent “flexibility and familiarity” that transforms the support of all the involved parties into power to move forward.
We succeed the founder’s will and spirit and will continue to strive as the innovator to open up the new era.
