How to Select the Brush Size
Select the brush size based on workpiece size and shape, and consider the max attachable tool length and desired cycle time, and make sure there is no interference with fixtures, jigs and other objects.
We recommend selecting the Brush diameter 1.5 to 2 times the workpiece surface width.
